Glacier Bay™ Ashlar

Glacier Bay is tumbled Sandy Creek.

The tumbled texture softens the edges and give the stone an antique look. The coloring is variations of cream and tan/brown tones.

Thin Veneers (TV)

  • ¾" to 1½"  depths

  • 3” to 8” heights

  • 5” to 20” lengths

  • average weight of 11-14 pounds per sq ft

TV is packaged 3 ways:

  • full pallet flats contain a random range of 252 to 330 sf

  • crates are 100 sq ft of flats or 100 LF of corners

  • handy packs come in 5 sq ft of flats or 10 LF of corners

Full Veneers (FV)

  • 3" to 5” depths

  • 3” to 8” heights

  • 5” to 20”+ lengths (majority of lengths 6-12”)

  • covers 40-45 sq ft per ton

FV is packaged on pallets that are random weights of approximately 4,000 (3,500-4,500) pounds each.

Please note: in full veneer, the mason has the option to lay the brown bed-face out as well as the split face. Laying the split-face will ensure the Sandy Creek coloration rather than the Highland Brown.
